UFE Reasonableness Exception Reports

ATCO Electric will post UFE Reasonableness Exception Reports in accordance with the threshold in the Settlement System Code. Testing and reporting practices are applicable to LSA's not utilizing the NSLS profiling methodology. Therefore, reporting will be based on monthly UFE data.

PFAM and PFEC Processing

In accordance with Settlement System Code, LSAs are required to disclose a single point of contact for receipt of PFAM claim forms. PFEC claim forms will be handled similarly. All communications should be sent to the email addresses and contacts below.

Most PFAM claims submitted to ATCO Electric are due to DCMs not reconciling with WSDs.  However, many are dismissed because of a misunderstanding of deemed meter read times.  Click here for further information.
