ATCO Electric Participation in AESO Open Houses

Customers intending to connect to ATCO Electric's distribution system are required to meet the commercial requirements established by ATCO Electric in its Board approved tariffs. These tariffs are only for the delivery of energy to the site. Energy for the sites must be procured from a licensed retailer prior to the new site being energized. If a customer is unable to obtain energy from a retailer, they may choose the Default Supply or if eligible, the Regulated Rate Option (RRO) from Direct Energy Regulated Services. For additional information, please refer to the Energy Requirements  section.
