Customer Guide to New Extensions was developed by ATCO Electric to help
customers who need electric service extended to a new or expanded site
including oil field or an industrial location. This Guide outlines the
basic processes that ATCO Electric follows to design and build an
extension, including the development of an Electric Service Agreement,
which is intended to outline some of the customer's commercial rights and
obligations.
This Guide serves as a companion to the company's
Terms
and Conditions (T&C's) for Distribution Service Connections. The
T&C's is a comprehensive document that defines the relationship
between the company and the customer, and forms a complete part of the
customer's wires tariff.
