Site plans, Single Line Diagrams (SLD's), connected/operating loads, motor starting requirements, and transformer needs are some of the required information needed with the application. Upon receipt of the completed application form, a Key Accounts representative will contact you within two business days to discuss the project.

Missing or incomplete information on the application form could cause delays in ATCO Electric providing a cost estimate. In order for ATCO Electric to meet your in-service date, lead time is required for the various activities that go into extending service, and some aspects (such as approvals for right-of-way) are not within ATCO Electric's control. The sooner we know about your needs, the sooner we can get working on this process.
